Keep partial output after cancellation and error. High-volume streams may compose Log Viewer when filtering, gaps, and pause behavior are needed.

#Accessibility

Name the terminal region. Do not make high-volume output a live region; announce only bounded state transitions. Never render secrets from the environment.
