      This page describes v0.15.0 provider and contract boundaries.

      PRDs, designs, and page context remain distinct sources. A generation provider returns cited candidates, conflicts, open decisions, usage, and digests without executable authority. Only after a person selects candidates and resolves conflicts through contract_review does the CLI generate canonical ACL locally.

      Surface Contracts reconcile against current Test Kit context through test ID, component identity, role plus accessible name, and finally role. A mismatched source digest or cited byte range fails before browser launch.

      Version 0.15.0 adds a3s.test.design-audit-provider/1 and a3s-test agent audit. Advice binds provider identity, observation, surface revision, screenshot and page-context digests, requested dimensions, current geometry, deadline, and cost. It remains non-blocking and reaches the Repair Ledger only after human review.

      Visual grounding still returns point or box candidates without executing actions. A unique current-node hit may become a semantic target. Ambiguous output stays image-bound advice.
