#AgentDir (removed)

The filesystem-first primary-agent directory (instructions.md, agent.acl, skills/, tools/, schedules/) and the serve / serve_agent_dir cron daemon are removed.

Use instead:

• Interactive or host-driven AgentSession loops
• .a3s/agents/ worker definitions for task
• MCP connections or SDK session tool registration for tools
• Host-owned schedulers outside Core for recurring work
